Thank you so much for all of the work that you did with our executive team and the 360 process. The feedback has been absolutely positive from the entire team. Before the process began, not all of the team truly bought in to the process and were nervous about the outcome. Through your course of meeting with us and educating us about the procedure, how to give feedback and who to choose as our raters, the team began to feel more at ease. In the end, the group learned a great deal and many of the members had “life light bulbs” go on. The one-on-one coaching and delivery of the feedback was an excellent way to go, as it helped managers work thorough the feedback and really understand the pearls of wisdom that they received. Overall, it actually helped the team see how respected they are and how much they are valued by our organization.
